MBS Matrix II 63mm Motor Mount Set

Description

After making a successful Caliber II motor mount, we set out to make mounts for other trucks used in electric skateboarding. This mount is for MBS Matrix II mountainboard trucks. Essentially a beefed up version of the Caliber II mount, they are designed from the ground up to be as reliable as possible. The mount is entire CNC machined from thick 6061-T6 aluminum, then given a sandblast anodized finish. The kit includes high quality metric hardware of the highest strength available.

Just like our other designs, this mount has installation flexibility. It can be flipped, rotated, and adjusted. Motor slots allow easy tensioning of various pulley and timing belt sizes. There are two M6 holes for an optional idler, and two pre-position holes for DIY crossbars.

Other Information:

The clamp is designed for MBS Matrix II trucks, however with modification, can certainly fit other mountain board trucks on the market

The mounting holes for this mount are symmetrical, meaning the mount can be rotated over for drop-through mounting capability.

All the hardware for this mount is metric, so remember to only use metric drivers/wrenches during installation.

Due to the use of nylon lock nuts, thread locker is not necessary but still recommended.
